Imagining a Pretzel Day Cozy Mystery...

Emma Prescott—owner of the beloved bespoke mustard shop, "Emma's Getting Spicy" —expects a relaxing National Pretzel Day filled with doughy delights. Instead, trouble arrives perfectly baked when her new customer, cranky bakery owner Bertie Baxter, turns up dead, buried beneath a mountain of freshly baked pretzels and smothered in Emma’s newest spicy mustard, personally delivered by Emma to Bertie’s Bakery just that morning.

Quickly pinned as prime suspect number one by Sheriff Tucker—whose gluten intolerance and upcoming reelection campaign have him eager to wrap up the case—Emma realizes clearing her good name may not be so simple. 

Determined to restore her reputation (and save her mustard business from ruin), Emma must unravel the  spicy suspicions flying all over town, before National Pretzel Day crumbles completely—and her mustard company’s good name is lost forever!
